The company was founded in 1996 to offer consultancy services for marketing the wide range of technologies, products and services of environmental industries and organisations that were emerging in Europe.

In 2004, company activities were extended to offer consultancy services for environmentally-related RF & microwave systems.

From 2007 to 2009, the company was engaged in mission systems engineering activities in the Living Planet Programme of the European Space Agency (ESA), providing technical coordination between the respective mission scientists of the BIOMASS and CoReH2O Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) missions and the European space industry in the Phase 0 Study of the Six Candidate Earth Explorer Core Missions.
